Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ocmy8" or "Platform" refers to the ocmy8.one website together with all services, games and content offered on it.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers and uses the ocmy8 platform.
• "Account" refers to a player's personal account registered on the ocmy8 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total real money in a player's account, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free funds or other benefit granted by ocmy8 to a player.

2. Eligibility and Registration

ocmy8 services are offered only to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Not a citizen or permanent resident of any country that explicitly prohibits online gambling.
• Not currently subject to an active self-exclusion at any licensed gambling platform.
• Register with true, accurate and current information — including full name, date of birth, email address and mobile phone number.

During the registration process, players must provide a unique username and a strong password. ocmy8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. Documents that may be requested include a copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.

3. Account Management

Each player is only allowed to register and maintain one account only on the ocmy8 platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being closed immediately.

Players bear full responsibility for:

• Keeping login information confidential, including username and password.
• Notifying ocmy8 immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
• Ensuring no third party uses their account to place bets or carry out any transactions.
• Updating personal information if any changes occur, such as email address or mobile phone number.

ocmy8 will not be liable for any losses arising from the use of an account by an unauthorised party, particularly where this occurs due to a player's negligence in safeguarding their account information.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ocmy8 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. All transactions are processed securely using the latest encryption technology.

Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit amount: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM100 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawals are processed within one hour of the request being approved.
• All withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in the same player's name.

Players are prohibited from making deposits using a payment method that is borrowed, rented or owned by another party. Any attempt to use a third-party account for deposit or withdrawal purposes may result in account freezing and further investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ocmy8 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements and must be used in accordance with the relevant rules.

Welcome Bonus — 100% up to RM500:

• New players are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 100% up to a maximum of RM500.
• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus value before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering requirement RM100 × 10 = RM1,000.
• Second example: deposit RM1,200 → bonus RM500 (maximum) → balance RM1,700 → wagering requirement RM500 × 10 = RM5,000.

ocmy8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus offer or promotion at any time without prior notice. ocmy8's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and award are final.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the ocmy8 platform — including online slots, live casino, sportsbook, and other games — are operated based on rules set by the respective game providers and ocmy8.

Players agree that:

• Game results generated by a certified random number generator (RNG) system are final and cannot be disputed.
• The use of automated software, bots or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit system bugs, technical errors or game vulnerabilities may result in winnings being voided and account closure.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be changed or cancelled unless expressly permitted by the relevant game rules.

In the event of a technical fault or service disruption during an active game, ocmy8 will use the latest available information to determine the outcome or return the bet amount to the player in accordance with the applicable policy.

7. Responsibilities and Liability Limits

Players acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and use the ocmy8 platform at their own risk. ocmy8 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of gambling activity.

Specifically, ocmy8 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connection disruptions or player device failures.
• Losses caused by unauthorised use of a player's account by a third party.
• Changes in laws or regulations in the player's local jurisdiction that affect access to the platform.
• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses related to the use of the platform.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

ocmy8 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• The player breaches any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• ocmy8 suspects the player's involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal activities.
• The player fails to provide requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• There is a legal or regulatory compliance requirement that necessitates such action.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the ocmy8 customer support team via live chat or email. Any real money balance remaining in the account at the date of closure will be returned to the player once all required checks have been completed.
